2. FREEDOM FROM DEBT: To maintain absolute autonomy, S.H.I. Inc. prioritizes donor-funding and community grants over commercial debt.

IX. ASSEMBLY GUIDE: "BLOCKERWEAR" PROTOCOL
MATERIAL LIST & COMPONENT SPECS
To achieve professional-grade results, the following materials are integrated into each garment:
- Conductive Matrix: PEDOT:PSS (poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) polystyrene sulfonate) liquid dispersion.
- Absorption Load: Multi-walled Carbon Nanotubes (MWCNTs) or Graphene Nanoplatelets (2-5% concentration).

ASSEMBLY PHASE PROTOCOL (Step-by-Step)
Phase 1: Matrix Dispersion
Mix the PEDOT:PSS liquid with the MWCNT nanofiller using high-shear mixing. Add the acrylic binder to ensure a flexible, non-cracking finish.
Phase 2: Gradient Application
Apply the polymer matrix to the TitanRF fabric using an airbrush. Focus higher concentrations on the Cranial Ports (Temple and Occipital regions). This creates a "frequency sink" that draws energy toward the thickest part of the shield.
Phase 3: Molecular Curing
